Ingredients
1 kg. Pork Kasim cubed
1/4 kg. pork liver, cubed
5 pcs. chicken liver, grilled
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Calamansi juice
For Frying
Oil, for frying
2 pcs. carrot, cubed
2 pcs. potato, cubed
For Sauté
Oil, for sautéing
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 pcs. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. fish sauce
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 Big can Pork and beans
3 pcs. each small red and green bell pepper, cubed
1/4 cup raisins
2 Tbsp. sugar
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Soak the hog liver in a brine of salt and water to eliminate its metallic flavor.
Combine the pork Kasim, Calamansi juice, and soy sauce in a bowl. Throw. Put it in the marinade.
Use a fork to mash the grilled chicken liver.
Prepare the vegetables. Cubed potatoes and carrots.
Instructions
(After finishing, take it out of the pan.)
Sauté the marinated pork Kasim, chicken liver, garlic, and onion in the same pan.
After the meat has browned, add the tomato paste and sugar and continue to sauté for another two minutes.
Add the chicken stock. After mixing, cover, and simmer until the meat is cooked.
Add the pig liver when the meat has softened. Stir. Put the raisins in.
Stir in the beans and meat.
Add the fried potatoes and carrots when the liver is almost done.
Add black pepper and fish sauce for seasoning. Incorporate the green and red bell peppers. Stir.
After two minutes, serve.
